Kahti stands strong fiercely in the breeze ready to rumble as Kata sizes her up. The match begins quickly with Kahti falling on top of Kata after tripping her. Kahti lies across Kata’s neck and traps her arms. Kata struggles to avoid being put in a scissor, so Kahti sits on top of her but Kata bends back to break out. Kahti trips Kata down onto the mats and grabs her in a headlock trying to scissor her. Kahti has phenomenal upper body strength and Kata is suffering to get out of the headache. Kata is able to trap one of Kahti’s legs … Pinning, scissoring, bending, twisting. This match was more than any one hoped for, and Kata needs no encouragement or extra strength here: she wows us with her energy and Kahti’s balance and strength in general show through here, as well as perhaps, a few weaknesses. Both Divas put forth an amazing effort. You’ll have to watch it to witness the amazing result of a surprise match.
