2. Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the membersection. Access to and use of the membersection through a Subscription Identification number. Each Subscriber must keep his/her Subscription Identification strictly confidential. Unauthorized access to the members section is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

3. Any liability of FightingStyle.com, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause or action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to FightingStyle.com.

4. No warranty is made by FightingStyle.com regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the membersection, and FightinStyle.com hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation:1) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services; 2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

5. Usage of 'Black Widow Software' for automatic download of content of our site is not allowed at any time (!!) and will lead us to blocking your account with no refund! We are using software to detect this matter.

6. All material displayed in the membersection is strictly copyrighted by FightingStyle.com and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of FightingStyle.com, unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.

7. The material in the members section is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited.

Notices by FightingStyle.com to Subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages, by a general posting in the members section, or by conventional mail. Notices by Subscribers may be given by electronic messages or conventional mail, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.

8. The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18, and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.

9. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and FightingStyle.com regarding access to the membersection, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by FightingStyle.com to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations.

10. After you have once signed up, you acceppt that cancellation of your subscription for the signed period is not possible.

11. LEGAL NOTICE REGARDING 18 U.S.C. 2257: All models, wrestlers, actors, actresses, participants and other persons that appear in any visual depiction contained in this Website were more than the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. All visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the record-keeping and other provisions of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of sexual conduct as enumerated in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but rather, are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
